About Us

SunnyVille doodles is a partnership of friends and family that are all involved in the animal industry, dog trainers, pet sitters, shelter workers, vet techs and parents who have come to the conclusion that nice pet dogs were becoming extinct!   How can this be....!? Where did they go!?

More and more the dogs we see and interact with don’t act like pets at all.  Fear and aggression issues abound, not to mention medical concerns. This is madness!

Have you ever been to a friend or family members house and met a dog that you were told not to pet or interact with? Don’t look into his eyes, don’t touch him, he’s a “rescue” and has been abused. We are sure you have been told this before.  We have this discussion on a daily basis.

You should not be afraid to go into public places with your children or dogs because of fear of interactions with aggressive dogs.

Our dog trainer friends constantly comment that they are not seeing nice pet dogs anymore. Where did they all go!?

The dogs they are seeing for training are coming for behavior modification due to aggression. The comments from the owners are that they were having issues with aggressive behavior towards people and animals; they couldn’t handle it.

The local animal shelters have dogs that are not generally suitable pets for the average family, having aggression issues, inability to safely interact with other dogs, fearful, medical issues etc....

So many friends and family members would comment on our personal dogs being so friendly and nice, beautiful and well behaved, as if they were celebrities!

We could not ignore the call to action! So, we decided to build SunnyVille doodles and create awesome family companions that are purposely bred for just that!  Being wonderful companions for average families.  You should not have to be a dog trainer or expert to own a dog.

We feel that the push for the adopt don’t shop movement has shamed families into feeling like they had no option but to rescue a dog with behavior or medical issues.  Society has been conditioned to shame people into thinking that buying a purpose bred dog is bad and, as such, it has become taboo.  How can you buy a dog when dogs in the animal shelters need homes...... ever heard that line?

Choosing to buy a purpose bred dog is something you should feel proud of!  Buying a dog from a breeder who is commited to good temperaments and health.

Please join us in our mission to promote purpose bred dogs that can be your family’s best friend!

Support reputable breeders that are committed to temperament, health, and breeding dogs that are family companions first.
