Important information about meeting, selecting, and adding one of our puppies to your family.
Communication & Hours of Availability
We do our best to make ourselves available to all new puppy families, those with a reserved puppy, and all families who've brought their puppy home - for life!
Text is the best way to reach us, and calls can be scheduled after a Puppy Application is submitted. We are also available via email, and this allows us to respond when we are free, sometimes these are odd times in between puppy feedings and care routines. Also email allows for flexible communication times.
Visitation Policy & disease protection protocols
It is of the utmost importance for us as pet parents and professionals to protect not only ourselves but also our adult dogs and puppies from communicable disease, injury, and even theft. Therefore, we must limit visits/puppy appointments to our scheduled Litter Meet & Greet/Take Home Days, Private Appointments, & Adoption Events.
All appointments are hosted at our home and ranch. Visits are done outside.
These appointments are exclusively for families who have submitted a puppy application and have been approved. A reminder will be sent to you before your visit asking you to avoid high traffic animal areas before your visit. (Groomers, pet stores, veterinary clinics, dog day cares etc…) You will be asked to sanitize your hands and shoes upon arrival at our property.
Please note some of our parent dogs live in guardian homes and may not be available at meet and greets. They often return to their families before the puppies are 8 weeks old. When appropriate we do allow our resident dogs to mingle during appointments, however due to the number of families we are expecting this might not be an option.
Deposit Terms & Conditions
The $500 deposit is credited towards the total listed price of your puppy. By sending a Deposit, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of sale. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
The deposit can be applied to a different available puppy OR remain valid towards a future puppy for up to 12 months from that date.
We do offer a limited boarding arrangement if needed. This can be arranged and is subject to adjusted terms. Boarding will be changed daily. This must be pre-approved, scheduled, & paid in advance.
FINAL PAYMENT IS CASH ONLY (no checks or electronic transfer)
Spay & Neuter
All puppies are sold as PETS ONLY with a written and signed Spay & Neuter agreement as part of our contract. If you have questions, please feel free to ask so we can discuss.
All Sales are Final
All our puppies are officially purchased in person at the Meet & Greet or Take Home Day group appointment. This very important hour-long appointment allows families the opportunity to get hands on with the puppies in person and make final evaluations and decisions.
We are always able to accept a returned puppy at any age for any reason, but no refunds will be provided, no exceptions.
